Ryan Brink

Ryan Brink is a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for Vysnova Partners. His project responsibilities are to ensure the delivery of test kits on time and within budget. This requires coordination with vendors, various test sites, and transportation partners. Ryan earned a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan and spent two years with the US Peace Corps in Zambia where he oversaw the building of a marketplace which sparked his interest in sourcing/logistics.

Sofia Desta

Sofia Desta is a Senior Technical Associate – LEPP (Limited Excess Property Program) Senior Communications and Outreach Specialist for Vysnova Partners Inc.
Sofia is responsible for undertaking knowledge management efforts by identifying platforms and opportunities through which important program information is generated and shared amongst LEPP stakeholders. She also works to increase the visibility of LEPP by creating awareness of how federal surplus property transferred overseas is supporting the U.S. development and humanitarian aid programs. Through outreach, Sofia implements initiatives that build strong partnerships to strengthen program outcomes. Sofia has developed an outreach and communications strategy for LEPP that is aligned with USAID’s Agency program priorities. This strategy leverages the transfer of more than 40 million dollars per annum of federal surplus property to increase public diplomacy opportunities and build the capacity of health, education and agriculture programs in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Sofia is also responsible for identifying key performance indicators for humanitarian aid and development programs utilizing federal excess property attained through LEPP.

Kunthea is an Information Technology Specialist for Vysnova Partners. He supports the Information Technology, system administrator, and researchers in NAMRU-2 Cambodia. He is responsible for implementation, monitoring, maintenance of IT system, solve technical problems such as the computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.

Team Member Spotlight: Pachada Satharath  

Pachada Satharath

Pachada Satharath is currently providing service to our client, U.S. NAMRU-2 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia as a Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) Assistant. In her position, she ensures all human research study activities and projects are met with DoD IRB and HRPP requirements. Moreover, she works closely with local, international investigators and project study team to obtain information and keep track of any updates on all human research activities to ensure all research studies are approved and followed by IRB procedures. Pachada holds a bachelor’s degree in communication.

Aiko Manzueta

Aiko is the Financial Analyst for Vysnova in Singapore. She assists the Finance Department for NAMRU-2 in the execution of the Command’s budget ensuring compliance with program policies, procedures and finance regulations.  She analyzes forecast and actual expenditures, orders, contracts, and carry-over funds on a schedule to be determined in agreement with the Financial Manager and reviews travel requests, purchase orders, and contracts.  Additionally, she enters purchase orders into FASTDATA for all appropriations and reconciles travel funding, family housing funding, medical research funding (including contracts) as assigned.  Aiko also assists with audit, IG inspection, PPMAP preparations as needed, creates and maintains funding document files (purchase requests, funding documents, RDOCs, invoices, payment vouchers, etc.)  While experiencing her growth with Vysnova one of her main goals is to finish her degree in accounting.

Monireth Toy

Monireth is a Regional Project Assistant for Vysnova in Cambodia. She provides a wide range of administrative, operational, logistical and project management support to the Southeast Asia Biosurveillance and Epidemiology Research (SABER) program. She performs outreach and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in meetings with in-country partners, develop agenda to facilitate the discussion, act as the primary collector of information, requests that require technical review and approval. Prior to Vysnova, Monireth had over 10 years’ experience working in communication and networking with CSO, international and local NGOs, government agencies in Cambodia. Monireth holds a degree in Accounting and a degree in Communication and Negotiation.

Team Member Spotlight: Luis Antonio Alanya Villantoy

Vysnova Partners is proud to highlight team member, Luis Antonio Alanya Villantoy. Mr. Alanya is a Program Manager for a NAMRU-6 project based in Peru. He facilitates information flow between the COR, the contractor, and contract personnel. He oversees the on-boarding of new contractors and serves as a key resource for all contracted personnel. He is also responsible for identifying and evaluating problems affecting project research, mission goals, and making sure that all reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Team Member Spotlight: Shati Rahman

Ms. Shati Rahman is a Data Processing Analyst for the DHS program. She is a part of the data processing team that is implementing nutrition surveys around the world! Ms. Rahman develops and supports tablet-based computer-aided personal interviewing systems for population surveys in developing countries. She trains in-country staff on the tablet-based collection of data, as well as the further processing of data. She has also built capacity within implementing agencies worldwide via workshops and seminars on data use and survey processing. Ms. Rahman is responsible for producing data analysis to support country report production and carries out data archiving and technical support for data users.

Team Member Spotlight: Eunice Chin

Ms. Eunice Chin is a Project Associate for the Southeast Asia Biosurveillance and Epidemiology Research (SABER) program based in Singapore. Eunice supports the SABER Program Team in administration and project management. She develops reports, provides logistical support for meetings and purchasing. Eunice interacts with in-country partners, obtain deliverables, provide instructions and guidelines regarding HRPO process, travel authorization, and expenses reports. Eunice holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from San Diego State University, California.
