CAITLIN OSTERMAN

Vysnova’s Team Member Spotlight is on their Proposal Manager, Caitlin Osterman. Caitlin leads Vysnova’s proposal efforts by managing and directing proposal teams in meeting their schedules, translating capture information and themes into strategies and value propositions, and assisting with concept development, writing, and production. She also serves as a proposal reviewer and editor, and, in the end, is responsible for ensuring compliant proposal submission.

Fun Fact About Caitlin: In her spare time, she likes to stay fit by taking parkour, gymnastics, and kickboxing classes for adults. “It’s never too late to start a new hobby.”
