Vysnova Partners is pleased to have the spotlight on Hoa Nguyen who has been recently promoted to Program Manager for the Southeast Asia Bio-surveillance and Epidemiology Research (SABER) II program. She serves as the lead executive responsible for the Project Management Office which provides support to the Naval Medical Research Center – Asia/Naval Medical Research Unit – TWO (NAMRU-2) in the conduct of biomedical, epidemiological and clinical research, including human subject and animal use research program. She coordinates corporate support for research program functions and activities and provides recommendations to the NAMRU-2 leadership team for defining and determining personnel, budgets, and facilitating the establishment of agreements with in-country collaborators and subcontractors to initiate foreign research projects. Prior to joining Vysnova Partners, Hoa worked in the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam for over 22 years, supporting and promoting the Diplomatic and Defense Relationship between the United States of America and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Hoa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English, a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade and a Master’s Degree in Public Management and Economics. She has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2018.
