Success Story: Vysnova’s Joint Venture Pozomy Federal Awarded HHS Contract For Restructuring of HHSAR

Vysnova is excited to announce continued partnership for its joint venture Pozomy Federal, as a mentor to Capitol Advisors on Technology. Pozomy’s first award entered the second year supporting Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Acquisition in restructuring of the HHSAR, HHSAR supplement, the Acquisition Workforce Policy that supports the contracting enterprise. The contents of the HHSAR are intended to provide binding internal codified policy to the HHS acquisition workforce. The HHSAR applies to all acquisitions of supplies and services involving the obligation of appropriated or working capital funds.pic

This program impacts a majority of established processes within HHS like delegations of authorities, assignment of responsibilities, internal reporting requirements and all other supplemental instructions for processing and executing HHS acquisitions.
