News update from Vysnova VEZ & ZEN program

Vysnova Partners was recently acknowledged in supporting the global health program on Zika research in Colombia by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Colombia Instituto Nacional de Salud (INS). As an outcome of the joint international collaboration, CDC and INS recently published an article “Zika Virus Detection in Amniotic Fluid and Zika-Associated Birth Defects” in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology on January 15, 2020. This research was also supported by the Office of Infectious Disease, Bureau for Global Health, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), under the terms of an Interagency Agreement with CDC and funding by CDC. Vysnova Partners has contributed to this joint international collaboration by providing support for national surveillance efforts through a cooperative agreement (NU2GGH001732) under CDC. This is the recognition of the dedication of the VEZ & ZEN Program Management Office staff of Vysnova Partners across the U.S., Colombia, and Peru!
