Mr. Rivera is the Founder, Chairman and President of Vysnova Partners. Mr. Rivera provides leadership and day-to-day management of corporate operations. Mr. Rivera has more than 30 years of experience working in the health and information management sectors.

Dr. John Fallon
Dr. John Fallon is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Vysnova Partners. He has 20 years of acquisition, acquisition training and consulting experience with the federal government and the private sector. He has supported both defense and civilian agencies, and his experience ranges the full spectrum of contracting and program management, including market research, services, supplies, major weapons systems, inter-agency acquisition teams, policy, strategic sourcing, category management and teaching.

Nancy Bolton
As Vysnova’s Controller, Nancy Bolton helps manage the company finances and keeps the firm in compliance with government regulations. Nancy has over 30 years of compliance and government contracting experience. She specializes in DCAA audits for compliance, incurred cost submission reviews for final rates, pre-award audits, and timesheet floor checks.

Joe Loya
As Vysnova’s CFO, Joe provides executive suite-level consulting, specializing in all aspects of business activities focusing on building solid foundations for long-term growth, formulating strategy, and assisting with the execution of the company’s financial strategic vision. Joe is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with additional certification in Lean Six Sigma in Financial Services. He also holds a BBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Texas at El Paso and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Colleen Cauley
Colleen Cauley is Vysnova’s Human Resources Generalist. Colleen manages our company policies and benefits, training, and employee relations, as well as serving as our recruiter and credentialing coordinator. She is an Army Veteran, a Certified Human Resources Generalist, and an active member of the SHRM organization, with her SHRM-CP pending completion in early 2019

Drew Hickey
Drew Hickey is Vysnova’s Finance Manager with 14 years of progressive experience in financial management of IT service contracts for government and commercial clients. Drew has a proven track record of improving overall financial performance of enterprises by strengthening internal business processes in companies such as Northrop Grumman and SAIC.

Nohelia Navarrete
Nohelia Navarrete is Vysnova’s Capture and Business Development Manager where she helps develop new partnerships and supports the business development efforts of the firm. Nohelia has 10 years of consulting, project management, and business processes experience working with the US government, UK AID, and the private sector.

Sofia Desta
Sofia Desta is a Senior Communications Specialist working on USAID-Limited Excess Property Program for Vysnova. Sofia has more than 13 years of experience working in strategic communications for sustainable development; with expertise in behavioral change communications, knowledge management and public diplomacy.
