Marketing automation software is playing an unexpected role in the fight against COVID-19...Before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Derek Kuprianov worked as a digital marketer for a media channel, using marketing automation software to improve the company’s approach to customer engagement and retention. In March 2021, he saw an opportunity he couldn’t pass up—a chance to work with Vysnova Partners, which would eventually be the central coordinating body of a complex study designed to produce real-time data about the virus and its spread across the southeastern United States.
