Project Spotlight: Investigation of Malaria Vectors Over 24-hours in Dak Lak Province, Vietnam: Distribution, Behavior and Parasite Infection Rate (DTC Study)

In Vietnam, malaria is still a public health problem. The DTC study has been carried out to improve our knowledge on the ecology of Anopheles mosquitoes in a malaria-endemic area in the Central Highland of Vietnam, to better understand the composition, distribution, behavior, and vector status of Anopheles species in Dak Lak Province;  and to facilitate vector control interventions and characterize potential sites for future malaria intervention research.
