Mr. Carlos Rivera, President, and CEO of Vysnova Partners, Inc. (Vysnova) participated as a presenter at the Montgomery County Chamber’s Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) International industry CEO panel discussion. Mr. Rivera gave a comprehensive perspective on the challenges he faced working internationally for over twenty (20) years and hosted a separate break-out group with a number of participants covering a broad range of government procurement topics.
With over 30 years of experience in the health and information management sectors, Mr. Rivera expertise includes designing and implementing military and civilian agency programs across a wide range of health sector areas including public health and life science research focusing on developing solutions that support requirements under normal circumstances and in austere environments.
